- NATIONAL LAWYERS GUILD – PRISON LAW PROJECT, 132 Nassau St, Ste 922, New York, NY 10038 Jailhouse Lawyer Handbooks, which covers how to file civil suits for government violations of your rights while in prison and how to perform basic legal research, is available from the NLG for $2.00 in any form - money order, checks (payable to National Lawyers Guild) or stamps - to help with the postage costs for the handbook.
